The location nestled in a quiet area offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, including the iconic Jungfrau. The breakfast featured an array of delicious items, including both hot and cold dishes, ensuring a great start to the day. However, I found the furniture in the room dated, and while the bed was decent, the balcony could have been better maintained. The walls seemed thin, allowing noises from adjacent rooms to disturb my rest, despite the generally tranquil atmosphere.

Jungfrau Hotel impressed me with fine mountain views and friendly staff. While the breakfast choices could be a bit more varied, the experience overall surpassed my expectations. A hidden gem to explore in a wonderful location!

The views of the mountains from the room are stunning, making it impossible to look away. Proximity to Wilderswil train station means easy access to explore neighboring towns and attractions, so packing up for a day trip is a breeze.
The shower stall is absurdly tiny. while I can fit, someone larger would likely feel cramped. Plus, the bathroom could use some thoughtful upgrades despite being well-appointed. Another thing to note is that dining options nearby are limited. getting from the hotel to decent restaurants takes planning and a good deal of walking. The bus schedule leaves much to be desired. Lastly, the water spilling onto the bathroom floor during showers is a nuisance. the curtains don't do the job well, which might not bother everyone, but it's something that could be annoying.

I had an amazing time staying here for three nights. the room had a fantastic view of the Jungfrau and the breakfast spread was simply delicious. I loved unwinding at the sun terrace and the cozy leisure room after a long day of exploring. However, finding my way to the separate building for my room was a bit tricky at night with poor lighting. 😊

I stayed here for four nights. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Wilderswil station. The view from my room was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection, although it didn’t change throughout my stay. The room was clean but quite small for the price. The lack of variation in the breakfast menu felt repetitive after a few days. One evening, I noticed a faint smell in the room. I couldn't identify its source. Not a dealbreaker, but it was distracting. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I thoroughly enjoyed the lovely ambiance of the Jungfrau Hotel. The picturesque decoration and spacious common areas were very inviting. Additionally, the easy access to the nearby train station made it convenient for us seniors to explore the beautiful region.
A wider variety of breakfast options would be ideal.

Our stay was incredible! The views from our room were breathtaking, especially the sight of Jungfrau. We enjoyed a fun day sledding nearby with the kids. The staff was attentive, and we loved the cozy ambiance with its lovely decorations for spring.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options available.
